Service and Repair

Prices for Watch and Clock service and repair are based on the make, model, age of the piece, and work to be done. An estimate will be given within two business days after a time piece has been delivered to our services center or picked up from our device area.

Estimates are free of charge and no work will be done until approved by the customer. When the job is complete, a quote will be sent to the customer with final pricing including tax and shipping/handling charges, if applicable. The initial estimate and final quote may differ due to changes in pricing of parts, additional labor, or incursion of fees. The customer will be notified of such changes.

We do not service Korean or electrical clocks.

Other Fees:

If a customer accepts an estimate, they are liable for a minimum 50% of the estimate price plus full value of parts should they wish to withdraw their timepiece before completion.

If an item is not claimed after three attempts of contacting the customer or one month, a $30 a month space rental fee will added.

If an item in not paid for after 12 months (one year) after last attempt of contact the Contractor Lien Law will enacted.

Keeper of Time is not liable for the loss or damage of any items left 12 months (one year) from time of last attempted contact.
