About the Watchmaker

Adam Kantz is a Watchmakers of Switzerland Training and Education Program (WOSTEP) Certified watchmaker, having had the benefit of the best horological education outside of Switzerland. He began his study of clocks freshly out of high school at the shoulder of a local established clockmaker. With guidance from the Capital Area Watch and Clockmaker Guild, Adam enrolled into a WOSTEP accredited school and spent the next two years learning the watch trade. He was employed by Breitling USA directly from school and worked till 2009 on a wide variety of quartz and mechanical chronometers. Adam left Breitling to found Keeper of Time, both to widen his knowledge of watches and to return to clock repair in his home town of College Station.
